Is Credit Convey "Bridge-a-Gap” cash advance a payday loan?

No. Our cash advances are not loans, payday loans, or any other types of traditional credit. They do not carry interest rates, do not require credit scores, and do not affect credit scores.

Credit Convey App provides Financial Wellness insights and notifications about your daily balances, income, and expenditures. So long as you keep your bank account connected, you can request a "Bridge-a-Gap Fund," also known as BGF (commonly $10 non-growing, or $20 to $40 growing over time to $150), to avoid impairing your finances. BGFs are extended to all clients with qualified accounts (subject to approval).

Note that a BGF is extended to you as a new approved client to welcome you to Credit Convey. However, after your necessity has passed and you have sufficient funds, if you return your BGF to your Credit Convey account, you can have access to it again and again, each time with a more significant amount, growing to up to $150 (subject to approval). To avoid any doubts, there are no mandatory repayments associated with BGFs. At any time, if you would like your BGF repayment to be canceled or rescheduled, please get in touch with Customer Service. The Customer Service email address is on the App's ‘Settings’ screen: support@creditconvey.zendesk.com.

Why doesn’t the App connect to my bank account?

If you have disconnected your bank account and wish to reconnect it again, please note that the service provider won't allow a reconnect for up to 30 days.

Credit Convey's products are limited by the data that your bank's service providers supply. Sometimes, those service providers fail to provide the necessary data to Credit Convey to successfully issue the products and cash advances. Unfortunately, we won't be able to deliver the products in those instances.

If those issues persist, please feel free to disconnect your bank account by going to the Settings tab and following the link to disconnect it. Alternatively, you can email Customer Service so that a Customer Service Agent disconnects and deactivates your account for you. The Customer Service email address is on the App's Settings screen: support@creditconvey.zendesk.com.

No further action is required if your bank account is not shown as connected on the Settings tab. Please note that once you disconnect your bank account, you won't be able to reconnect it for an extended time.

How do I delete and cancel my account?

Please follow these steps… Alternatively, you can email Customer Service so that a Customer Service Agent disconnects and deactivates your account for you. The Customer Service email address is on the App's Settings screen: support@creditconvey.zendesk.com.

If you do not have an active advance, skip to STEP 2.

  • STEP 1:

If you have an active advance, you must wait until your advance is repaid, and then you can delete your account. Please navigate to the My Cash section on the App's “My Cash” screen. You will see your Repayment Date just below Your Balance amount. Please set a reminder for yourself to ensure you have sufficient funds in your account on that date. Once your advance is repaid, please move to STEP 2 to delete your account.

  • STEP 2:

You must disconnect your bank account to delete your account and data effectively. Deleting the App itself from your mobile phone does not delete your account. If you have deleted the App, download it again and sign in with your email address and password. Once logged in, navigate to the "Settings" tab on the bottom-right of the screen. Under the Bank Account section, select to disconnect your bank account. Then, you will have to confirm the disconnect on the next screen. Please note that once you disconnect your bank account, you won't be able to reconnect it for an extended period of time.

Disconnecting your bank account can take 24 hours to process. After disconnecting, rest assured that:

  1. Your bank account is disconnected.

  2. Your Account is deactivated.

  3. You will no longer be charged any Bank Connection Fees.

The Bank Connection Fee is explicitly disclosed to you when you sign up on the App screen entitled: “This is how it works” to which you have agreed before connecting your bank account. My advance request was denied. Why can’t I get an advance?

Our Eligibility Criteria encompass several conditions, including (but not limited to) your monthly income and how fast an account has been drawn recently after its income gets deposited.

If you are disqualified, try once a day every day until you get approved. Users who won't get approved at first may get qualified within days. Even if your cash advance was denied initially, you can try once a day, every day for 30 days.

If you didn't like the product, please remember to disconnect your bank account on the app on the "Settings" tab on the bottom-right side of the main screen; otherwise, you will be charged a Bank Connection Fee once a month. Alternatively, you can email Customer Service so that a Customer Service Agent disconnects and deactivates your account for you. The Customer Service email address is on the App's Settings screen.

If this doesn't work for you, we understand entirely and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

When can I repay my advance to take another advance?

Advance Repayments are set at the time of advance approval. It is generally based on the next time your account will likely have sufficient funds. Please note that once your advance is approved and you select your desired advance delivery method, you will get to a checkout screen where your Repayment Date is shown before you accept the final terms.

All Credit Convey clients are entitled and enrolled in an Automatic Payment Rescheduling program so long as their bank account is connected. When your Repayment Date or Bank Connection Fee billing cycle arrives, we assess your bank account balance before attempting your payment. Suppose we determine that you do not have sufficient funds before processing your payment. In that case, we will instead attempt smaller payments and reschedule the remainder of your payment for future dates as you make deposits to your bank account until your total outstanding amount is repaid. Once your balance is repaid entirely, you may take another cash advance with a larger amount.

This automatic rescheduling program is preventative, so your bank won't charge you an Overdraft Fee. Note that only the clients who have their bank account connected to Credit Convey are enrolled in this program. However, please note that we CANNOT GUARANTEE that your account won't encounter an Overdraft Fee.

Anytime before your Repayment Date, if you navigate to the App's main screen on the top and tap the "See Your Cash" button, you will see your Repayment Date just below Your Balance amount. Please note that your Repayment Date cannot be changed manually.

Please set a reminder for yourself to ensure that your account has sufficient funds on that Repayment Date.

Is my advance amount guaranteed to grow every time?

NO. There is no guarantee.

Our program is designed so that users receive growing cash over time. While many users receive a larger amount each time they take another advance, it is still possible for a cash advance request to get declined or receive a lower amount for a continued user. Continue obtaining income in your connected bank account and maintaining a healthy, positive balance. You will soon be back on track to receive more significant advance amounts once again.

We encourage you to stay on track. Getting to a stage where your cash advance would be sufficiently large may take some time.
