Download the app and verify your email address and phone number.
Connect your checking account via Plaid®, where you receive your income and have day-to-day transactions.
Sign up for Free or Premium membership.
For your convenience, under Premium membership, we break down your yearly dues into bi-weekly payments of $7.99.
You may cancel your membership anytime during the year via the Settings tab in the app. After you cancel, you will not pay the bi-weekly membership fee.
Your active membership will be canceled automatically after 12 months, at which point you can renew it by reconnecting your bank via Plaid®.

Pay & Transfer products and services to send funds to others instantly,

You may apply for growing Bridge-a-Gap “BaG” cash from $20 to $200, subject to approval. No Social Security Number is required.
If your connected bank account is disqualified and the BaG request is denied, your membership will automatically be downgraded to the Free tier. You may connect a different bank account where you conduct your day-to-day transactions and try again. You may also upgrade your membership to the Premium tier from the “Settings” tab.
You may cancel your membership anytime via the "Settings" tab, regardless of your BaG cash status, which takes less than 30 seconds. Alternatively, you can email Customer Service to have a Customer Service agent cancel your membership and deactivate your account. The Customer Service email address is on the App's Settings screen: support@creditconvey.zendesk.com.
You may also contact Customer Service if you'd like a refund of your last paid membership fee after canceling your membership and deactivating your account. Customer Service strives to respond to every inquiry within 24 hours.
