How to apply for a cash advance:

1. Download the app and sign up using your email address and phone number.

2. Double-check your email address spelling, and phone number since they will be validated and verified.

3. Connect your checking bank account via Plaid®, where you receive your income and have day-to-day transactions.

4. Apply for $10 non-growing cash or growing cash advance from $20 to $150, subject to approval. No Social Security Number is required.

5. Pay a $9.78 monthly membership fee after a 3-day trial period, and keep your bank account connected.

6. If your advance request gets denied, you can cancel your membership via the ‘Settings’ tab within the 3-day trial if you do not wish to pay the membership fee. Canceling your membership is as simple as pressing a button on the ‘Settings’ tab and won’t take more than a few minutes. Alternatively, you can email Customer Service so that a Customer Service agent cancels your membership and deactivates your account for you. The Customer Service email address is on the App's Settings screen: support@creditconvey.zendesk.com.

7. If your advance request gets denied and you wish to keep your app membership active beyond the 3-day trial, you will be charged a $9.78 monthly membership fee, while you will have full access to the financial wellness insights, and you can re-apply for an advance once a day, every day.

8. Remember that many approved first-time users receive a non-growing $10 or a growing cash advance of $20, $30, or $40 while their cash advance grows towards $150 as they pay back each advance, subject to approval. Note that paying the monthly membership fee does not guarantee your application for a cash advance to be approved.
